The Executing Process Group consists of those processes performed to complete the work defined in the project management plan to satisfy the project requirements. PMBOK 6
The processes in Executing Process Group deal with the completion of the work defined in the Project Management Plan which is completed and approved by the stakeholders at the end of the project planning phase. It involves coordinating resources like people, equipment and resources to get the work done efficiently and effectively so that the project keeps delivering the promised objective.
The most important output here is Deliverable, which is produced in line with the defined Project Management Plan.
This process is where most of the work is carried out, and where products and deliverables are built, assembled, constructed, and created.
Behind every successful project is a great team and a good team is a direct result of the good environment which is based on trust and competencies and capabilities rather than anything else. The team has to be acquired, managed and cultivated for performance. Conflicts, they are healthy if solved amicably by using the right conflict resolution method
